This service covers any custom cuts or shapes we’ve discussed and agreed upon prior to checkout. Your wig will be professionally cut to the exact plan we finalized together.

• Customized cutting and shaping based on our prior discussion
• Bangs, including curtain bangs or light face-framing, are complimentary
• Return shipping

Please send the wig and a note with your name on it in a zip-lock bag, inside a padded envelope. It is highly advisable to purchase shipping with tracking and insurance.

What You Agree To Before Purchasing

By completing this purchase, you acknowledge that:

• We have already discussed and approved the desired cut and overall shape for this service.
• Bangs (including curtain bangs or light face-framing) are complementary; more extensive or transformational cuts require a separate cutting service.
• Cutting results may vary slightly depending on hair texture, curl pattern, density, and how the hair naturally settles.
• This service does not include major structural alterations, cap modifications, or significant density reduction unless explicitly agreed upon in advance.
• Any wig that undergoes cutting services becomes final sale. Once the hair is cut, the piece cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Timing and turnaround will be communicated prior to work beginning.

Important Notes

• Cutting services are only available for wigs purchased through Prairie Fire Hair.
• Typical turnaround is 1–2 weeks, depending on the request.
• If anything requires clarification, you will be contacted before any work begins.
