To keep your piece looking its best, always detangle gently before washing and use salon-grade, sulfate-free products. Wash only as needed, and avoid soaking the lace top—wet hand-tied knots can swell and loosen over time. After washing, carefully blot the cap with a towel and use a blow dryer on low heat to fully dry the inside of the cap. This helps preserve the integrity of the knots and minimizes shedding. Be gentle when brushing or styling, and avoid scrubbing or twisting at the root. Store your wig on a stand to help maintain its shape and prevent tangling. For long-term storage, place the wig in the protective bag.
