This service is designed to refresh and revive your wig’s existing color as it naturally fades or changes with wear. It is intended to restore the tone and overall appearance of the original color, not to change the wig to a different color or create a new color design.

What You Agree To Before Purchasing

By completing this purchase, you acknowledge that:

• This service is intended to refresh the wig’s existing color and tone.
• This service does not include changing the wig to a different color, adding new highlights or lowlights, changing the root, or otherwise redesigning the original color.
• Because human hair can fade, oxidize, and respond differently over time, the refreshed color may not be an exact replication of the wig’s color when it was new.
• All color work is performed with the integrity of the hair as the top priority.
• Human hair, especially previously colored or factory-processed hair, can respond unpredictably to toning and color services. Subtle variations in tone or dimension are normal.
• If your wig requires color correction or more extensive color work than a standard refresh, we will contact you before proceeding.
• Typical turnaround is approximately 2 weeks, depending on the condition of the wig and the work required.
• If anything requires clarification, you will be contacted before any work begins.

Sending Your Wig

Please place your wig in a zip-lock bag with a note that includes your name, then place the bag inside a padded envelope. We highly recommend purchasing shipping with tracking and insurance.
