Wash & Style Service

This service is designed to professionally refresh your human hair wig, regardless of brand, restoring softness, movement, and a polished finish. Each wig is gently cleansed, deep conditioned, and styled with a loose curl or soft wave for an effortless, natural look.

Turnaround time:

Please allow 2–3 weeks from the date your wig is received in our studio.

Important Details & Disclaimers

Shipping: Clients are responsible for shipping the wig to Prairie Fire Hair. Return shipping is included in the service price.

After purchase: Once the service is purchased, you will receive a follow-up email with clear instructions on where and how to send your wig, including packing recommendations.

Pre-existing damage: Prairie Fire Hair is not responsible for damage that existed prior to receiving the wig, including dryness, shedding, matting, or breakage caused by wear, age, or improper care.

Right to refuse service: We reserve the right to decline service if a wig is in very poor condition or if the requested service is not appropriate for the hair.

Condition of Hair & Service Eligibility: This service is intended for wigs in good condition. If a wig arrives excessively matted, severely tangled, or otherwise compromised to the point that washing and conditioning cannot be safely performed, Prairie Fire Hair will assess the wig and determine whether the service can proceed.

If the wig is deemed ineligible for service: The Wash & Style service will be canceled and refunded, minus a $25 assessment and handling fee, which will be retained to cover evaluation time, processing fees, and return postage.

Styling notes: Finished styling includes only a loose curl or wave. Products used on your wig may be scented. Custom cutting is not included in this service.
